Customized Massage
Whether you want a full-body restorative massage or focus-work for specific areas of pain and tension, I provide just the right blend of relaxation and deep tissue/clinical techniques for your perfect session.
Offered with certified organic oils, free of unnecessary additives.
Available in 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions (60 and 90 only for prenatal massage).
Hot Towels, $5
Customized massage with hot towels applied to your main areas of tension.
Moist heat provides deep relaxation to the tissues and really helps loosen up your muscles!
Hot Towels with Battle Balm, $10
The same benefits of a hot towel upgrade with Battle Balm applied to your main areas of tension and soreness.
Battle Balm is an herbal pain-relieving salve similar to Tiger Balm but without the petroleum oil. It feels wonderful on both muscle and joint pain.
Ingredients: beeswax*, jojoba oil*, menthol, camphor, cajeput*, wintergreen*, arnica*, calendula*, safflower*, field mint, notoginseng, sappan, corydalis, lavender, tea tree, angelica, myrrh, quince, frankincense, and burr reed. (*USDA certified organic)

Headache Relief: Fresh, bright and green aroma. Essential oils of Eucalyptus and Grapefruit, incorporated with relaxing and balancing oils of Roman Chamomile and Rose Absolute make this the ideal blend for headache sufferers. Grapefruit, Lavender, Lime, Peppermint, Eucalyptus Radiata, Basil, Roman Chamomile and Rose Absolute.
Muscle & Joint: This fusion of Indian Basil, Himalayan Cedarwood and Black Spruce blend together to create a warm woody aroma. Gua Sha, $10
Customized massage with gua sha (scraping) therapy to your main tension spots and related treatment areas.
Offered with Battle Balm, an herbal pain-relieving topical similar to Tiger Balm (but petrol-free).
Gua sha is a traditional practice used to mobilize tissues, improve micro-circulation, and enhance energy flow.
While modern scraping therapies focus on physical tissue mobilization and have a reputation for being painful, traditional gua sha is practiced with sensitivity.
I am certified in traditional gua sha through the Komorebi Institute which incorporates energetic concepts of clearing stagnation in the energy channels along with the physical benefits of scraping.
Contemporary studies have shown gua sha to stimulate natural pain killers in the body, block pain signals to the brain, trigger an anti-inflammatory immune response, relieve connective tissue tension through cellular signalling, and improve local blood circulation.
Neuromuscular Cupping Therapy, $15
Dynamic cupping techniques using silicone cups in combination with targeted clinical massage treatment.
Negative pressure allows for soft tissue work from all angles, relieving tension and pain, and improving tissue mobility.
Mobilized tissues allow for more effective manual massage work.
Suction impacts fluid movement in the tissues which may also relieve pain and tension.
